Jervis Tetch - Mad Hatter II

After the real Jervis Tetch/Mad Hatter had been sent to Arkham Asylum following his debut, a very different Mad Hatter appeared, who claimed to be Jervis Tetch. This new Mad Hatter, like his predecessor, quickly became an enemy of Batman (Bruce Wayne) and Robin (Dick Grayson). The new Hatter's M.O. involved stealing hats to add to his vast collection. He particularly coveted Batman's cowl. (1)
