Lorra was a female deity within the Kryptonians pantheon where she was the goddess of beauty. A statue of her was present within the Bottle City of Kandor. According to Supergirl, Lorra was an image of Lyla Lerrol who was a girl on Krypton that Kal-El fell in love with when he made a time-journey itno the past before his homeworld's destruction.(1)
