According to the Reverse Flash, Cisco was trasnsformed into a Meta-Human when the Particle Accelerator. Reverese Flash killed Cisco in an alternate reality to stop him from revealing his identity. The problem was Cisco remembers being killed in the alternate reality because of his new ablity to see and soon effect the Vibrations of the Universe.
