Dr. Harrison Wells is the director of S.T.A.R. Labs. He was the mind behind the particle accelerator.

Working with The FlashWhen Barry woke up from his coma, he was met by Harrison, Cisco Ramon and Caitlin Snow. They explained what had happened, along with testing how fast he could run.
