Beside the S.T.A.R. Labs building can be seen a bridge currently under construction, flanked by multiple others but more meaningful for those familiar with multiple generations of “Flash” speedsters. The influence of the twin cities can be seen throughout the show, as Keystone broadcasts are featured prominently. But it looks like the showrunners have chosen both locales as their backdrop.
