Dec 2017 Disney/Marvel bought Fox studios. This will allow Marvel to add the Mutants & F4 to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. There are three X-Men related movies that are scheduled to get released that fall under the Fox X-Men Cinematic Universe that I will put there. Until Marvel decides when they will include the Fox characters they will go under the X-Men Cinematic Universe.
